Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Services:
Luca Priller ("Photographer") offers photography services for various occasions such as weddings, events, portraits, etc.

2. Prices and Payment Terms:
The prices for the services are individually agreed upon with the client and will be disclosed only after contacting us. For small shoots, payment is due in cash with invoicing on-site. For weddings, payment is due only after the delivery of the photos.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations:
Clients can schedule appointments for shoots and may reschedule or cancel as needed, especially due to weather conditions or illness. The photographer also reserves the right to reschedule shoots.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights:
The photographer retains the copyright to all created photos and has the right to publish them, particularly for use on their website or as a portfolio for potential clients. Clients may use the photos for personal purposes but not for commercial purposes unless a separate agreement has been made.

5. Equipment and Responsibilities:
The photographer is responsible for their equipment. In the event of damage to the equipment by clients or third parties during the shoot, the party causing the damage is responsible for repair costs.

6. Travel and Accommodation Expenses:
For shoots at distant locations or destinations, all travel and accommodation expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, are to be covered by the client. The photographer will not be liable for these costs.

7. Editing and Delivery Times:
The standard delivery time for edited photos is 2-5 weeks. Clients may request expedited editing for an additional fee.

8. Photography Style and Locations:
The photography style of the photographer is unique and cannot be altered. However, clients can discuss specific photo locations to accommodate their individual preferences.

9. Changes to the T&C:
The photographer reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client in a timely manner and will take effect upon their publication on the website.

10. Travel Time Costs:
Travel time costs may be charged at any time and are to be borne by the client.

11. Privacy Policy:
Clients are advised to read the photographer's privacy policy to obtain information about the handling of their personal data.
